Please post a support request - use the 'Post Support Query' button in the 'Help / Service Status' page of the PingFu program, or visit our Support Forums and post your question. Please give us details of which program you tried to use with PingFu, what you tried, and also provide us with a log if you are using our forum. The log file is named PingFuLog.txt, and can be found in the PingFu folder.
